One of the first questions HR and L&D teams ask when considering corporate language training is simply: what does it cost? The honest answer is that it depends on a handful of factors that are worth understanding before you request quotes.
Group size
Cost is usually structured per session rather than per learner, which means the cost per employee drops as group size increases. Most corporate programmes work best with groups of four to twelve — large enough to be efficient, small enough that lessons stay genuinely interactive.
Delivery format
In-company training, where a tutor travels to your office, typically carries a modest premium over online delivery to cover travel time. Hybrid formats sit somewhere in between, depending on how the split is structured.
Programme length and frequency
Standard programmes run in terms of ten to twenty weeks, with one or two sessions per week. Intensive courses run more frequently over a shorter overall period, which can affect total cost even though the total number of sessions is similar.
Getting an accurate quote
Because pricing depends on the combination of these factors, the most reliable way to budget is a short conversation about your team size, preferred format and objectives — from there we can provide a specific quote rather than a generic price list.
